Grilled Pork Loin Chops with Pepper Pear Sauce

Ingredients:
4 – 6 Thick Cut Pork Loin Chops
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1 Teaspoon Cracked Black Pepper
1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
1 Jar of A Perfect Pear Pepper Jelly
1 Cup diced Granny Smith Apple
1 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
½ Teaspoon Lemon Juice
½ Cup Napa Valley Chardonnay Wine
1 ½ Tablespoons of A Perfect Pear – Pear Vinegar
Directions:
In a medium sauce pan add A Perfect Pear Pepper Jelly, A Perfect Pear – Pear Vinegar, pears, pepper, lemon juice and wine. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until sauce is the thickness of syrup. Cover and set aside. Coat the pork chops with the oil, salt and pepper. Grill about 8 minutes per side or until firm to the touch. Do not over cook. The chops should be slightly pink inside. Place chops on a bed of cooked rice on a serving platter. Spoon the sauce on top. Garnish with parsley and serve with your favorite fresh steamed vegetable.
